Fees & Policies: A gratuity of 18% will be added to all special event food and beverage charges. Upon confirmation of a party, we ask for a credit card number to be held in lieu of a deposit. Payment in full is due at the beginning of the party. Cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance. Cancellations within less than 72 hours are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 35% of the pool rental and 50% of the catering order
